Leaders of Ufa International Marathon have become known
On September 13, the 12th Ufa International Marathon took place in Ufa. 9,200 athletes lined up at the start.
The winners of the classic 42.2 km distance were Pavel Patrakov with a time of 2:28:10 and Gulnaz Golius, who completed the marathon in 3:00:22. In the half-marathon distance of 21.1 km, Denis Valitov finished first (1:06:59), and Maria Berezhnaya was the best among women (1:16:56).
The Ufa International Marathon took place in Ufa. More than 9 thousand people took to the start line — residents of the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan and city guests. This is the 12th marathon in a two-day festival.
The race program offered distances for every skill level: 2 km, 5 km, 10 km, 21.1 km, and 42.2 km. In addition, participants could cover the distance by Nordic walking or by riding roller skates or handbikes. For the first time, the program included a special inclusive cluster for visually impaired and blind participants for the 2 km distance.
