
Former Salavat Yulaev hockey player Pyotr Khokhryakov will continue his career at Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk. The 36-year-old player signed a tryout contract with the club, the Tatarstan team's press service reported.
Khokhryakov played for Salavat Yulaev from 2018 to 2022 and from 2024 to 2026. Last season, he played 37 matches in the KHL championship and scored 4 (0+4) points with a plus-minus rating of "plus 4". In the playoffs, he had no scoring actions with a plus-minus rating of "+2" in 10 games.
In total, Khokhryakov has played 687 matches in KHL regular seasons and scored 165 points (73+92).
