Ufa BC Dynamo has extended its contract with Maxim Voitov
Basketball club Dynamo has extended its contract with Maxim Voitov. The contract with one of the main veterans of the Ufa club has been extended for a new season.
Before moving to Bashkortostan from Grozny, Voitov defended the colors of teams from his native Novosibirsk, as well as Krasnodar and Kursk.
As part of the Ufa squad, the 32-year-old center won such major trophies in his career as the Russian Cup in 2016 and the championship title in the Higher League. Last season, Voitov helped Dynamo-2 win bronze medals in the tournament and was named to the symbolic All-Star Five of the regular season. In the 2024-2025 season, he became the rebounding leader for the Ufa team, averaging 6.6 rebounds per game.
In total, over two seasons with Dynamo, Maxim Voitov has played 80 official matches in the Russian championships and the Russian Cup.
