Ufa "Agidel" doubled its advantage in ZhHL playoff final

The Ufa team defeated the Voskresensk club "Tornado" with a score of 1:0 in the second match of the final series.

The game began with an even fight, in which the teams alternately exchanged dangerous attacks. But the "Agidel" players were more accurate and outshot the Moscow Oblast team twofold — 18:9. Elizaveta Dubey opened the scoring in the match in the 18th minute: the forward broke away on a counterattack and beautifully outplayed the goalkeeper — 1:0.

After the break, the Voskresensk players more often burdened Valeriya Tarakanova with work. They sought to reduce the minimal difference in pucks. During the period, the teams exchanged penalties, which had no effect on the score; Elizaveta's goal remained the only one in the encounter.

In the third game segment, the tempo slowed, and the teams again began exchanging even attacks. Goalkeepers often rescued their clubs, keeping the net "locked". "Tornado's final assault with a sixth field player did not help them tie the score. "Agidel, after today's victory, took the lead in the series against "Tornado" with a score of 2-0.

The next two matches will take place in Voskresensk on April 12 and 14.
