Ufa's Salavat Yulaev loses experienced defenseman for remainder of season
Salavat Yulaev defenseman Evgeny Kulik is out for the rest of the season. This was reported by sports commentator Alexey Shevchenko.
Evgeny Kulik sustained an injury during the third match of the series against Avtomobilist in Ufa. After performing a body check on a Yekaterinburg forward, Kulik left the ice and headed to the locker room with the medical staff.
Evgeny Kulik joined the Salavat Yulaev roster at the beginning of the 2025/2026 season. The contract with the 32-year-old hockey player is for one year.
