Volleyball club Dynamo-Ural knocked out of Russian Championship playoffs

Volleyball players of Ufa's Dynamo-Ural beat Belogorie in the second away match of the qualification round. It took Anton Malyshev's players five sets to do so. However, this positive moment was overshadowed by the fact that the Ural team was still knocked out of the playoffs and finished their Russian Championship season.
"This is a pattern of our entire season — small errors. This is what distinguishes us from the teams that moved forward in the knockout games. We fell just a little bit short, didn't quite make it. It's disappointing and frustrating, but there is a point for growth," explained Dynamo-Ural senior coach Anton Malyshev.
The Russian Cup lies ahead for the Ufa team. The Bashkir squad plans to reach the "Final Six."
