Agidel female hockey players secured shutout victory over Dynamo-Neva

The match score was 2:0, and the series is now tied at 1:1.

According to the press service of the Agidel Women's Hockey Club, in the second match of the 2026 WHL playoff semifinal series, the athletes secured a victory over Dynamo-Neva from Saint Petersburg.

It is noted that the clubs spent the first period in a persistent struggle: the St. Petersburg team sought to consolidate its lead in the series, while the Ufa team aimed to level the score. The home team failed to convert two power plays, and at even strength, the goalies of both teams confidently repelled all shots.

In the second frame, the teams' mindsets did not change, so it also remained goalless. The clubs traded penalties and several dangerous attacks before heading to the break to prepare for the crucial final twenty minutes.

In the final segment, Agidel confidently capitalized on its chances. Alexandra Nesterova scored in the 47th minute, and Maria Batalova followed in the 53rd. These goals decided the outcome of the meeting, allowing the Ufa team to claim their first victory in the WHL Cup semifinals.
