Skier from Bashkortostan with disabilities won bronze medal at national competitions.

The race took place in Cheboksary.

Elizaveta Shtyrlyaeva, a student of the Olympic Reserve Sports School in Beloretsk, finished just one step away from the podium on the first day of the All-Russian cross-country skiing competitions among athletes with musculoskeletal impairments, placing fourth. However, the second day of the competitions in Cheboksary proved successful for the athlete. In the classical-style race, she demonstrated strong determination and won the bronze medal, placing third among the country's top athletes.

"We wholeheartedly congratulate Elizaveta on this achievement. Special thanks go to her coaches and mentors. Your hard work, support, and belief in the athlete are bringing such wonderful results," the administration of the Beloretsk district said in their congratulations.
