Ufa hockey player Zharovsky named candidate for Olympic team

Salavat Yulaev defender Grigory Panin highlighted KHL players who could make the Russian Olympic team.

According to the hockey player, one of the best scorers of the Ufa team, Alexander Zharovsky, could be a candidate for the Olympic team.

"This is a very difficult question—for the coaches and our renowned experts. In Russia, there is a tradition of involving young players in the national team and trusting them. So why wouldn't Sasha Zharovsky be a candidate for the Olympic team?" Panin told the publication Sports.
