Ufa racer Ivan Gavrilov became Russian junior champion
The athlete from Ufa scored 28 points and finished one point ahead of Vladislav Martyanov from Shadrinsk. The bronze medal went to Artem Melnikov from Kamensk-Uralsky, who trailed the winner by four points.
"Another Ufa rider, Vyacheslav Drozdov, redeemed himself on the second day after an unsuccessful first half of the competition, scoring 13 points, the same as Gavrilov, Martyanov, and Melnikov. However, this only allowed him to move up from eighth to fifth place in the final standings," the press service of the G. Kadyrov Center for Technical Sports added.
