Ufa goaltender Semyon Vyazovoy has been named the KHL Player of the Week for the second time in his career. According to the league's press service, the Salavat Yulaev netminder recorded three wins in three games this week, posting a goals-against average of 1.01. A total of 68 shots were directed at Vyazovoy's net, and he stopped 95.59% of them.
Since early December, thanks to Vyazovoy's confident performances, the Ufa team has remained among the league's top ten in save percentage. According to the Hockey Statistics Telegram channel, Salavat Yulaev currently ranks seventh.
