Football Club Ufa celebrated its 15th anniversary

Exactly 15 years ago, on December 23, 2010, the Ufa Football Club was founded in Bashkortostan. Over the years, the Ufa team has come a long way: from the Second Division to the elite of Russian football and the European Cup.

Ufa fans remember the city's historic victory over Rubin in 2017 and the crushing victory over Tosno in the Russian Premier League in 2018. Ufa scored five unanswered goals against the Leningrad Region team. Thanks to this victory, the Ufa club rose to sixth place in the Russian Premier League and advanced to the second qualifying round of the Europa League. The team played six games in the Eurocup, hosting world-famous footballers and one of Scotland's most decorated clubs, Rangers.

In the 2023/24 season, the Ufa team won the Second League of Division A. This season, Omari Tetradze's men are playing in the First League. Midway through the championship, the team is in 16th place, with 20 points in 21 matches.
