The slopes of the Ufa Olympic Reserve Sports School for Alpine Skiing will be covered with 40,000 tons of artificial snow. Anton Tarasov, head of the Oktyabrsky District, visited the slope and inspected its readiness for the CIS Spartakiad for children with disabilities.
According to the sports school's director, Rinat Kiyamov, powerful snow guns have been installed on the slope to cover the slope with artificial snow as quickly as possible. About 40,000 cubic meters of artificial snow are required to prepare the hill.
As a reminder, Ufa will host the CIS Spartakiad for children with disabilities. The alpine skiing competition will be held on the slope of the Ufa Olympic Reserve Sports School.
