Residents of Bashkortostan will meet world boxing legends
World boxing stars will come to Ufa for the Russian Women's Boxing Championships.
The Russian Women's Boxing Championships will kick off at the Ufa Wrestling Palace on November 29. During the tournament, Ufa will be visited by legends of Russian boxing, world boxing champions, Olympic medalists, and winners Sofia Ochigava and Egor Mekhontsev, as well as renowned athletes Saadat Dalgatova, Svetlana Andreeva, Alexey Tishchenko, Irina Serebrennikova, Eduard Abzalimov, and Akhmedkhan Adilov.
"The arrival of world boxing legends in Ufa is an opportunity to create another bridge between generations. We are confident that their example will inspire our athletes to new achievements," emphasized Ruslan Khabibov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Bashkortostan and Minister of Sport.
Particular attention will be paid to meetings with children at medical centers and SMO participants in hospitals. Sports stars will hold motivational master classes and autograph sessions, sharing stories of their victories.
