Azalia Amineva advances to European Boxing Championship final
A representative from Bashkortostan has advanced to the final of the European Junior Boxing Championship for women aged 19-22, which took place today in the Armenian capital. Prime Minister of the Republic, Andrei Nazarov, announced this on social media.
It is known that the athlete knocked down her opponent from Belarus in the first round, after which her team's coach withdrew her from the bout.
"This is a strong start! We wish Azalia continued success and new victories. All of Bashkortostan is rooting for you!" commented Nazarov.
