Ufa's "Salavat Yulaev" defeats "Neftekhimik" on the road

Hockey club Salavat Yulaev beat Nizhnekamsk's Neftekhimik with a score of 2–1 in an away game of the Fonbet KHL Championship.

According to the Ufa team's press service, Salavat earned a power play early in the match, but the home team held firm in defense and opened the scoring midway through the first period. Thanks to Alexander Zharovsky, Salavat Yulaev tied the game and scored another goal before the end of the period.

The winning goal came in the second period, when Vladislav Yefremov netted the puck after a precise pass from Artur Faizov in front of the goal in the 27th minute.
