Free swimming, football and cross-country skiing sections to open in Ufa
The program "Sports in Classes" will be launched in Bashkiria.
First Deputy Chairman of "Dynamo" RB Maxim Chudov spoke about the development of basketball, volleyball, swimming and other sports in the republic. Chudov noted that the program "Sports in Classes" would be launched this season.
"The program will include basketball and volleyball. We will start with the 5th grade. We are also launching free programs in swimming, football and cross-country skiing in our sports complex "Dynamo", - said Maxim Chudov.
Chudov added that professional volleyball and basketball clubs are now part of the "Dynamo" society.
"Last season, the basketball team "Dynamo-Ufa" won the Major League and will move to the Super League. We strive for even greater results. The volleyball club "Dynamo-Ural" also continues to develop. Last season, the team took seventh place. We plan to maintain this position. Now the team will play in the Wrestling Palace, which can accommodate up to 3,400 spectators - three times more than the Dynamo stadium. Currently, work is being completed on laying professional parquet flooring, which will be used for volleyball and basketball," he said.
