Bashkir fencers won gold at Russian championship

Bashkiria Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Sports Ruslan Khabibov, said in his telegram channel that the Russian championship in fencing among the youth ended with the victory of the Bashkir rapirists.

The Russian youth fencing championship took place in Tula. Fencers of the Republic's first team, Barannikov, Iskander Bulatov, Amir Fakhretdinov, and Davlat Khayretdinov, won gold medals in team fencing competitions on rapiers. Athletes from St. Petersburg, the third, and the Nizhny Novgorod region took second place.

“Well done, guys! The future of Bashkir fencing,” said Ruslan Khabibov.
