Salavat Yulaev HC forward in contention for KHL Golden Stick
Salavat Yulaev HC top scorer Joshua Livo has become one of three contenders for the KHL Golden Stick regular championship award. According to the survey results, Artem Galimov from Kazan Ak Bars and Maxim Shabanov from Traktor were also in the top three, the press service of the Ufa team reported.
Recall that in the 2024/25 season, Canadian legionnaire Joshua Livo broke Sergei Mozyakin's sniper goal record in one regular season. The Canadian became not only the top sniper but also the top scorer of the first part of the championship and repeated Salavat Yulaev's scoring record. In total, he scored 80 (49+31) points in 62 matches!
The Golden Hockey Stick award ceremony will be held on May 29, 2025, at the end of the season.
