Short track skater from Ufa wins silver at All-Russian competition

The republic's Ministry of Sports reported that Vladislav Khakimov, a short-track skater from Ufa, won silver at the All-Russian competition.

The all-Russian short track competition "Sochi Olympus" is being held in Tver. 255 of the best speed skaters from 19 regions of the country are attending the tournament.

Vladislav Khakimov came in second in the 1500 meters. He trains at the Olympic Reserve Sports School in Ufa under the guidance of Tatyana Cherepanova.
