Daniil Sgibnev from Ufa won the Russian Biathlon Championship. According to the republic's Ministry of Sports, the young biathlete won the gold medal for juniors in the 10 km sprint.

The All-Russian competition is being held in the Tyumen Region.

Daniil Sgibnev is a Master of Sports of Russia in biathlon and a winner and prize-winner of All-Russian competitions.
