Bashkiria athletes won 31 medals last week

Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkiria—Minister of Sports Ruslan Khabibov spoke at an operational government meeting about the republic's sports victories. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, Bashkir athletes won 31 medals last week.

"Of which 8 are gold medals. I would especially like to note the victory of Tanzila Israilova, who won 2 gold medals at the Russian Alpine Skiing Championships. There have been no such achievements in the republic for 15 years. Adlan Amriev once again confirmed his status as the strongest Greco-Roman wrestler - he became the winner of international competitions. Our athletes also won 1 gold and 3 silver medals at the Russian Freestyle Champions Cup. Nikita Bogdanov became the country's champion in ice motorcycle racing for the fourth year. In addition, Alina Davletova won gold and silver at the All-Russian badminton competitions,” noted Ruslan Khabibov.
