Bashkiria Ski Jumping Championship Starts in Ufa
Bashkiria Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined Championships have started in Ufa.
According to Ratmir Mavliev, the city mayor, the competitions are being held on the renovated K-60 ski jump. More than 60 athletes are participating in the tournament.
"Today, about 300 children are studying at the Olympic Reserve Sports School No. 33. We see prospects for developing this sport in our city. We will gradually invest and improve the infrastructure," the mayor noted.
