"Salavat Yulaev" beat Astana's "Barys" on home ice
On November 15, "Salavat Yulaev" played the second game of the fifth home series.
"Salavat Yulaev" hosted Astana's "Barys" at the Ufa Arena and, to the delight of the stands full of fans, won with a score of 4:1.
Artem Pimenov opened the scoring in the first period. "Salavat Yulaev" forward Denis Yan scored the second goal in the second period.
The third period was more interesting. Sheldon Rempal scored the third goal, immediately after which the Kazakh team scored its first goal. Just before the end of the third period, Alexander Sharov beautifully scored the fourth goal against "Barys", deciding the match's outcome.
On November 18, "Salavat Yulaev" will play against Magnitogorsk's "Metallurg".
