Memorial in honor of coaches was opened in Bashkiria

Today, on Coach Day, a memorial in honor of the city and Beloretsk district coaches was opened in Beloretsk. As the head of the municipal administration, Andrei Ivanyuta, noted, the sculpture is a tribute of deep respect to all Beloretsk sports mentors.

The memorial was made and installed entirely at the expense of caring for Beloretsk residents, industrialists, entrepreneurs, athletes, and the administration of the Beloretsk district.

"Our district has three children's sports schools: the Children's and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve, a sports school for wrestling, and a sports school for alpine skiing and snowboarding. It is impossible to list all the famous coaches of these schools. Each one left his mark on history. We are proud that among their wards are participants in the Olympic Games and World and European Championships.

It is gratifying that more and more children are involved in sports yearly. This is all your merit, dear coaches. A deep bow to the sport's veterans. "I wish you health for many years, energy, and new sporting achievements in your wards," Andrey Ivanyuta wrote on his telegram channel.
