Nikita Bogdanov became absolute best motocross rider in Bashkiria

Three-time Russian champion in ice racing Nikita Bogdanov from the Ufa Center for Technical Sports became Bashkiria's absolute best motocross rider. Following the RB Cup, he won the republican championship in the Open class among athletes aged up to 34.

This category included the strongest participants, who throughout the season held five stages in both tournaments, which took place on the tracks of the Extreme Park Ufa (Ufa District), Beloretsk, Birsk, Kaltasy, Kumertau, Neftekamsk, Sterlitamak and Uchaly.

In the Bashkiria championship, which finished in Neftekamsk, Bogdanov scored 211 points and was 30 points ahead of the leader of the Uchaly motorcycle club "Gornyak" Marsel Ayupov. Third place went to Artur Akhmadeev, representing the Olympic Reserve Sports School of Sterlitamak, with 136 points but participating in only three stages out of five.

In the Bashkortostan Cup, Nikita Bogdanov scored 187 points, 46 points ahead of his teammate and colleague in ice speedway Evgeny Sharov. Again, Artur Akhmadeev was in third place, with 116 points.

In the team standings for the results of the Bashkortostan and Junior Championship, the main prize - the Cup of twice Hero of the Soviet Union Musa Gareev - went to Uchaly "Gornyak." The Center for Technical Sports is in second place, and the Olympic Reserve Sports School is third.
