

Polina Konoplina, a trainee of the sports school of the Olympic reserve of the Beloretsk district of Bashkiria, was awarded the title of Master of Sports of Russia. The municipality's head, Andrey Ivanyuta, announced this.
The girl has been involved in rock climbing since childhood. Polina first became acquainted with this sport at three and began training at 10. Her mother, Elena Konoplina, trains the athlete. In January of this year, Polina became a bronze medalist in the All-Russian rock climbing competition in Voronezh.
Polina is currently studying to be a chemical engineer in Moscow. She continues to train and is already trying to be a coach in her free time.
