11 sports facilities in Bashkiria included in the 2024 repair program

Bashkiria continues to overhaul sports facilities, beginning in 2022. This year, 11 more facilities were included in this program, and the total cost of financing amounted to 125 million rubles, the Bashkiria Ministry of Sports reported.

In the Belebeevsky district, the FSK Champion sports complex is being significantly overhauled. Currently, a concrete blind area is being poured around the perimeter of the building. The sports complex must be repaired on time since it is in great demand among the local population. Almost 300 athletes from four years old train here every day. There are even separate groups for citizens over 60 years old.

The Ministry of Sports noted that overhauling sports facilities on the ground is carried out jointly with municipalities.

Recall that in February of this year, the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, noted at a Council for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports meeting that the republic pays excellent attention to the construction and development of sports infrastructure. The head of the region emphasized that sports facilities and objects must work.

At the same meeting of the Council, Radiy Khabirov instructed to submit proposals for the modernization of sports facilities in municipalities within the framework of the Strategy for the Development of Bashkortostan until 2030.

The head of Bashkiria emphasized that children should play sports for free in the sports facilities built in the republic.

Over the past five years, Bashkiria has become one of the regions leading in the number of sports facilities commissioned. Today, there are more than 13 thousand sports facilities in the republic. Thus, our region ranks second in the number of sports facilities after Moscow.
