Ufa biathlete Anton Babikov won Commonwealth Cup stage

At the Commonwealth Cup stage, Ufa biathlete Anton Babikov performed in a pair race with Anastasia Goreeva from Moscow. The athletes won the mixed singles event.

Anton Babikov and Anastasia Goreeva became the race leaders with results of 43:45.2 (0+2). In second place are Kirill Bazhin and Tamara Derbusheva (+59.5 (0+4)), and in third are Vasily Tomshin and Anastasia Batmanova (+1:53.8 (0+7)).

The Commonwealth Cup takes place in Murmansk. Earlier in these competitions, biathlete Eduard Latypov from Ufa won the bronze medal. The Bashinform News Agency reported that the athlete finished third in the 10 km race.
