Natalia Babchina from Ufa won XXV Sakhalin Ski Marathon

The skier from Ufa Natalya Babchina became the absolute winner of the XXV Sakhalin Ski Marathon. The Minister of Sports of Bashkiria, Ruslan Khabibov, announced the athlete's victory. Babchina finished first at a distance of 50 km.

More than a thousand athletes from 40 regions of Russia, including Olympic medalists and European and world champions, are taking part in the XXV Sakhalin Ski Marathon.

The Bashinform News Agency reported that Babchina won the Super Cup for Russian ski marathons, RussiaLoppet. She has run ten marathons. Based on the results of the races, Babchina was recognized as the fastest skier in Russia among distance skiers.
