Eduard Latypov won Russian Biathlon Cup

Eduard Latypov, ahead of schedule, won the Russian Biathlon Cup, which is now taking place in Ufa.

Today, he won the sprint race, and now his rivals don’t even have a theoretical chance of beating him in terms of total points.

Another of our biathletes, Anton Babikov, won bronze in the sprint.

“Congratulations to the guys on their success! And I thank their coach, Viktor Nikitin, for our team's high results and his enormous contribution to the development of biathlon in the republic. Our Bashkir school is truly the best,” wrote the Head of the Republic, Radiy Khabirov, on his social media.
