Nikita Bogdanov from Bashkiria - Russian motorcycle ice racing championship leader

Having scored 29 points over two days of racing in Vyatskie Polyany, Nikita Bogdanov from the Ufa Technical Sports Center won the fifth stage of the Russian personal championship in motorcycle ice racing and was ahead in the overall standings of Dinar Valeev from Tolyatti Mega-Lada, who took second place (27 points ).

Five of the six two-day stages are behind us. Bogdanov won three stages and six races, while his main rival won one and three, respectively. However, Valeev trails by just one point heading into the super final on February 17-18 in Krasnogorsk, with 134 points to Bogdanov's 135. There has never been such a sharp and intense struggle for the title of champion of Russia, read the strongest racer in the world.

Third place after two days in Vyatskie Polyany was taken by Dmitry Koltakov, who won in an additional race against Dmitry Khomitsevich - both world champions from Kamensk-Uralsky had 24 points. Dmitry Solyannikov performed unsuccessfully. He fell on the first day and took only eighth place on the stage. But this did not seriously harm his position in the standings, where he is still in third place (117 points), 11 points ahead of Koltakov, and 16 points ahead of Khomitsevich.

Once again, 17-year-old Ufa resident Ivan Gavrilov pleased us, scoring 15 points in two days and taking ninth place.

Thus, in the super final of the Russian Championship in Krasnogorsk, four Ufa residents will start in the main lineup: Nikita Bogdanov, Ivan Gavrilov, Vasily Nesytykh, and Evgeny Sharov.
