Bashkir biathlete won sprint at Commonwealth Cup final stage
Bashkir biathlete Eduard Latypov won the sprint race at the final stage of the Commonwealth Cup, which is taking place these days in Tyumen.
Eduard covered the distance of 10 km in 24 minutes and 47.1 seconds without a single miss. The second place was taken by the representative of the Novosibirsk region Daniil Serokhvostov (30 seconds back; one miss), and the St. Petersburg sportsman Vasily Tomshin (+56.9; 1) was third.
The next race at the Tyumen stage for men will occur on March 11. At 12.00 Moscow time, the athletes will start the pursuit race.
The sixth stage of the Commonwealth Cup in Tyumen will be the final in the 2022/23 season and will end on March 12.
