Ufa athletes won five medals at Russian weightlifting championship
Athletes from Ufa won five medals at the Russian weightlifting championship, the Ministry of Sports of Bashkiria reported.
Two silver medals in the weight category up to 55 kg were won by an Olympic reserve sports school Ufimets trainee Alexandra Tarasova. In total, she lifted 149 kg in Clean and Jerk and Barbell Snatch.
Adelina Davletbaeva, who also represents the Ufimets School, brought three more medals to the collection of the Bashkiria national team. She has an achievement of 155 kg.
Competitions among juniors and juniors (19-20 years old) are held in Tula from November 11 to 20.
