Four Bashkiria’s athletes will compete in Russian-Chinese Youth Winter Games
Two more athletes from Bashkiria were included in the national team to participate in the Russian-Chinese Youth Winter Games in 2022. Adeliya Kasimova and Vsevolod Martynov will compete in snowboarding, the republican Ministry of Sports reported.
Alpine skiers Dmitry Kolchenogov and Ksenia Podlipchuk are also included in the national team, the Bashinform news agency reported.
Thus, four Bashkir athletes will perform at the upcoming competitions.
Recall that the Russian-Chinese games will be held in Jilin (China) from December 15 to 20.
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed an order to hold the Years of Russian-Chinese cooperation in the field of physical culture and sports in 2022-2023, Bashinform news agency previously reported. The document also says that in 2023 a university sports festival will be held with the participation of teams from the BRICS, SCO, and CIS countries in Yekaterinburg.
