Bashkiria wrestler reached Poddubny wrestling league tournament final
A wrestler from Bashkiria, Said-Khussein Bakaev, reached the final of the second tournament of the Wrestling League of Poddubny, the Ministry of Sports of Bashkiria reported.
“In the semifinal match, the Bashkir wrestler Said-Khussein Bakaev defeated Zhambolat Lokyaev with a score of 5:0. In the final, our athlete will meet with Rakhman Tavmurzaev from Surgut. Another representative of our republic, Nokhcho Labazanov, will fight for a bronze medal,” the ministry informed.
The preliminary and semi-final matches of the Greco-Roman wrestling tournament took place on October 13 at the CSKA Moscow Track and Field Complex.
