

Ravil Migranov from Ishimbay ran second to the finish line in the Moscow Marathon. The man became a silver medalist in the age group of athletes over 80 years old, the Ministry of Sports of Bashkiria reported.
Athletics veteran, 81-year-old Ravil Migranov, is not the first time he has taken part in marathons. There are more than 20 of them behind him, in which he finished first or among the leaders.
Another athlete from Bashkiria, a resident of the village of Raevsky, the master of sports of Russia in weightlifting Rishat Sultanov, came to the finish line 47th.
Recall that the Moscow Marathon is the largest Russian running competition. The race has been held annually since 2013.
