Bashkiria basketball team won second wictory at All-Russian Spartakiad

The Bashkiria basketball team beat the team of St. Petersburg at the All-Russian Spartakiad of the strongest with a score of 89:79.

According to the Basketball Federation of the Republic of Bashkortostan, both teams showed a productive game in the first quarter of the meeting. In the second quarter, the St. Petersburg team took advantage of the score. After the break, Yevgeny Ugryumov's wards quickly outplayed the situation. Gleb Stanislavchik did especially well. Ilya Aginskikh brought the game to a confident victory.

Earlier, the Bashkiria basketball team defeated rivals from the Nizhny Novgorod region 80:59. At this meeting, Ilya Aginsky and Maxim Zakharov distinguished themselves.

Recall that the All-Russian Spartakiad in summer sports among the strongest athletes in 2022 is taking place in Russia. It will last from August 10 to October 2. Bashkiria is represented by more than 100 athletes who will compete in 21 sports. Among them are boxing, swimming, gymnastics and artistic gymnastics, rowing and canoeing, rock climbing, tennis, basketball, and others, the Bashinform news agency reported.
