HC Salavat Yulaev won second victory in Bashkortostan Cup

HC Salavat Yulaev won another victory in its second match of the pre-season tournament of the Cup of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The match in Ufa on the ice of the Ufa-Arena with the Yaroslavl Lokomotiv ended with a score of 2:1 in favor of Viktor Kozlov's team.

In the second period, the score was opened by Salavat Yulaev forward Ivan Drozdov (assisted by Shakir Mukhamadullin and Gleb Kuzmin) in the 31st minute - 1:0.

In the third period, Lokomotiv forward Stepan Nikulin (assisted by Pavel Kraskovsky) equalized the score. Score 1:1. A few minutes before the final siren, the Salavat Yulaev team took the lead. In the 52nd minute, Nikolai Kulemin (assisted by Mikhail Naumenkov and Alexander Kadeikin) scored a goal to Daniil Isaev’s net - 2:1.

On Saturday, August 13, Salavat Yulaev will play with Severstal from Cherepovets. The match will be broadcast live by BST and Kurai TV channels at 4.55 pm. The broadcast in the Bashkir language will be repeated on BST at 11.00 pm.

On August 12, Salavat Yulaev beat the Moscow Dynamo with a score of 2:1.

We can add that the hockey players of Salavat Yulaev play in the red outfit at the Cup of the Republic of Bashkortostan. A sample of 1975 was taken as its basis, Bashinform News Agency reported.
