Ufa will host swim of international series X-Waters

On July 31, Ufa will host the X-Waters international series swim for the third time.

As was reported at the briefing session in the Ufa City Hall, the swim route will pass under two bridges of the Belaya River overlooking the city center, the Friendship Monument with a finish on the embankment near the amphitheater.

Swimmers will compete at distances of 2, 3.5, 5 and 10 km.

It is expected that swimmers from more than 30 regions of Russia and several countries will take part in the X-Waters Ufa swim - more than 500 people in total.

Last year, a total of 400 people from 28 regions of Russia started at all distances. Men and women over 18 are invited to participate in this year's swim. The age of participants in age groups is determined by the number of completed years on December 31, 2022.

All swimmers will receive branded swimming caps and an exclusive medal at the finish line. A bus transfer to the starting points is planned.

The finishing town will be located on the embankment of the Belaya River, 800 meters downstream from the Yunost sports and recreation complex.
