Organizers of sporting events will be required to identify visitors in Bashkiria

The profile committee of the State Assembly - the Kurultay of Bashkiria considered a draft on amending the law "On physical culture and sports in the Republic of Bashkortostan". According to the deputy chairman of the committee, Irek Zaripov, the bill involves bringing it into line with the federal initiative, in particular, it obliges the organizers of official sporting events to identify spectators, that is, to introduce Fan ID.

Shortly, the bill will be submitted to the presidium of the State Assembly RB and considered in the first reading.

Earlier, the State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted a law on the introduction of Fan ID for sports fans. The law itself will come into force on June 1, 2022. That is, without a personalized card in electronic form, it will not be easy to visit sporting events, including football and hockey matches.
