Strongest Russian biathletes arrived in Ufa for final stage of Russian Cup and championship
On March 4, the first participants of the Russian Cup and the national biathlon championship have already arrived in the capital of Bashkiria. The training camp in Ufa started under the leadership of Yuri Kaminsky and Sergey Bashkirov.
Competitions are scheduled for the strongest biathletes in Russia and Belarus from March 10 to 17. The team included Alexander Loginov, Eduard Latypov, Maxim Tsvetkov, Vasily Tomshin, Anton Babikov, Alexander Povarnitsyn, Daniil Serokhvostov, Mikhail Burundukov, Ilnaz Mukhamedzyanov. From March 8, they will be joined by Karim Khalili, Mikhail Pervushin, and Kirill Streltsov.
"Competitions will include six races for men and women - sprints (finals of the Russian Cup), pursuit races and big mass starts (all within the Russian championship)," the press service of the Ministry of Sports of Bashkiria specified.
