Agidel hockey players helped Russian team to defeat Swiss in Beijing
The Russians won their first victory on the Olympic ice in Beijing. The women's national team of the country defeated the Swiss with a score of 5:2. At once two hockey players from the Ufa "Agidel" contributed to the victory. Goalkeeper Maria Sorokina missed only two goals, and Anna Shibanova became the author of the third goal against rivals in the second period of the match.
On February 5 at 6.10 pm Ufa time, the Russians will play against the Americans.
