Bobsleigh quartet with Bashkiria pilot won bronze medal at World Cup

Bobsledder Rostislav Gaityukevich, representing Bashkiria, won a bronze medal at the fifth stage of the World Cup in Altenberg, Germany. The athlete competed in the four-crew. The pushers were Mikhail Mordasov, Pavel Travkin, and Alexey Laptev.

The first step of the podium was taken by the representatives of Germany, the second - by the Canadians. Another Russian crew with pilot Maxim Andrianov and pushers Alexei Pushkarev, Vasily Kondratenko, and Vladislav Zharovtsev was 14th.
