

On December 12, the third stage of the Biathlon World Cup ended in the Austrian Hochfilzen. The final event of the men's part of the tournament program was the 4x7.5 km relay race.
Norwegian athletes won a landslide victory in the second relay of the World Cup season 2021-2022. Their advantage over the French, who eventually became the silver medalists, was 21.2 seconds.
The Russian quartet consisting of Vasily Tomshin, Daniil Serokhvostov, Alexander Loginov, and Eduard Latypov (Bashkortostan) won bronze medals with one penalty loop, the press service of the Ministry of Sports RB reports.
The Russians showed the third result in the first relay of the current World Cup season in Ostersund, Sweden.
