

A representative of the Bashkir biathlon, Eduard Latypov, took fourth place at the second stage of the World Cup in Ostersund, Sweden. This is the best result among Russian biathletes. The athlete shot back to zero but lost 26.1 seconds. The bronze medal was 4.6 seconds short.
"I'm happy with the race; I managed to cope with myself, the first zero in the sprint. Today I was in a serious functional state. I did the best I could," Eduard said.
