Сoach of Russian junior grappling team highly appraised World Cup organization and arena in Ufa

The Russian youth grappling team coach, Andrey Stolyarov, said that he was pleased with the results of his players at the Junior World Wrestling Championships in Ufa.

“The opponents were well prepared, many bouts were on the brink, but our guys performed well,” Andrey Stolyarov said.

Also, the coach of the national team noted the Bashkir wrestlers, who not only performed well, but also received the guests.

“Ufa has probably the best organization and the best gym,” Stolyarov comments on the ongoing world championship in Ufa. “All that remains is to say thank you to the organizers and the judging panel.”

Recall that grappling competition as part of the Junior World Wrestling Championship among were held in Ufa on August 13 and 14. According to the results of two days, the Russians won 39 gold medals, 24 silver, and 23 bronze medals. Kazakhstan is in second place in terms of the number of awards - 18 gold medals, 23 silver and 22 bronze medals.
