Ufa will host All-Russian competitions in sports aerobics

All-Russian competitions in sports aerobics will be held in Ufa from May 6 to 9.

Over a thousand participants from 19 regions of Russia will arrive at the competition: Samara, Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk regions, Tatarstan, Altai, Krasnodar Territories, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, Moscow, Crimea, and others.

The organizers are the Ministry of Youth Policy and Sports of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Federation of Sports Aerobics and Fitness-Aerobics RB, the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of the Ufa Administration.

The competitions will take place at boarding school No. 5 (Chkalova st., 110). Free admission.

In total, five age groups will be represented: 6-8 years old, 9-11 years old, 12-14 years old, 15-17 years old, 18 years old, and older.

Winners and prize-winners will be determined in seven nominations: individual events for boys and girls, mixed pairs, trio, group (5 people), dance gymnastics, and gymnastic platform.

The competition starts on May 7-9 from 9.00. The opening ceremony starts on May 8 at 2.00 pm. The awarding ceremony will be on May 9 at 4 pm.

Athletes will take part in the Ufa Cup in sports aerobics as part of the All-Russian competition.

Besides, the organizers established additional nominations: "First starts of an athlete", "Miss Aerobics", "Mister Aerobics", "For the will to win", "The most active team of fans", "The most massive team". Coaches of champions and prize-winners of the tournament will receive the "Best Coach" medals.
