Bashkiria athlete Azalia Amineva became world boxing champion

An athlete from the Bashkir city of Oktyabrsky Azalia Amineva won the gold medal of the World Junior Boxing Championship in the 64 kg category. In the final fight, the representative of our republic turned out to be stronger than her rival from Uzbekistan Mohinabonu Abdullaeva.

For the competition, Azalia was prepared by coach Alexander Savkin. The world championship was held in the Polish city of Kielce.

Earlier, the Bashinform News Agency reported that Azalia Amineva became the first Bashkir female boxer in the 21st century to win the gold of the European championship.
