Radiy Khabirov congratulated Bashkiria biathletes on winning Russian Championship

On April 4, the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, on his social media, congratulated the republic's biathletes on their victory in the relay of the Russian championship in Khanty-Mansiysk. As reported by the Bashinform News Agency, the republic’s team won gold in the men's relay.
“It was so powerful and remarkable - Alexander Babchin, Anton Babikov, Alexey Petrov, Eduard Latypov and the entire coaching staff!”, the Head of the Region posted. “This victory was the first for Bashkir biathletes in 10 years. We took gold in relay races the last time at the Russian championship in 2013”.
The athletes from Bashkiria won four medals at the Russian Championship in Khanty-Mansiysk: Anton Babikov was second in the mass start, Eduard Latypov snatched gold in the men's 12.5 km pursuit and a bronze medal in the 10 km sprint.
“And today it was gold in the relay event,” Radiy Khabirov underlined. “The Republic of Bashkortostan was represented at the competition by 11 athletes - trainees of the coach Viktor Anatolyevich Nikitin. Congratulations to everyone!".
